When you have a heartfelt endorsement coming from a person you’ve helped, there's nothing like it. Believe it or not, the resolutions we’ve provided companies over the years in many cases didn’t create an invoice. When I was twelve, a wise man by the name of Galen told me, “kindness pays great dividends”. He was so right and I really miss him. What matters most to WEBPRO is the relationship, and that’s how we built our business. Contracts rot on the vine but relationships flourish. With that said, we’ve had clients longer than most of our competitors have been in business if that tells you anything.

Never in my life have I ever diminished a compliment from a client or friend with a thoughtless trigger response by saying, “no problem”. When we hear that sigh of relief and sometimes a long pause from CEO or executive, we’ve helped try to find the right words to say thank you, it’s pure magic! When WEBPRO’s senior designer takes away a company’s pain by designing something completely unique, or we place a business on the first page on Google, or our developers solve the insolvable I couldn’t be prouder.
After 26 plus years of being in business, long after leaving Microsoft, we've had the privilege of being someone's guiding light when they were hit with a vengeful webmaster, unscrupulous third-party, vulnerable website, outage, virus or even ransomware - we stepped up. We’ve consulting, bailed out, and rescued companies you’ll never hear of to well-known brands. And yes, we’ve bitten our tongue’s off and sewn them back on after dealing with the most unprofessional and indescribably inept primadonnas you could ever imagine but we did it in the client’s best interest to save their company.
